This volunteer opportunity involves leading all the Elves through the course. Head Elf must be familiar with the course prior to the start and provide own bike. Report to the start area by 5:30pm, be lined up ready to go by 5:35pm.

Details

Ensure all Elves are on the correct route and headed the right direction. You will be expected to cheer on the runners as well as directing them. You will be contacted by the Volunteer Coordinator with details on your course location, you will be expected to be in place by 5:30pm.

Finish Line Elves

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

This volunteer opportunity involves handing out water and hot cocoa mugs to Elves as they cross the finish line. Water must be available to participants immediately. This includes replenishing water when necessary and communicating with RD's. Everyone who crosses the finish line with a race bib receives a finisher hot cocoa mug. You will be expected to be in place by 5:30pm.

Loyd Robbins & Co Hot Cocoa Topping Bar Medium Priority

Details

This task will be fulfilled by the Loyd Robbins & Co team.
All Loyd Robbins & Co Elves will be serving the running Elves toppings to their hot cocoa. Only Elves with a race bib and special mug are to be served. You will be expected to be in place by 5:30pm.

The post-race party at West Blalock Park.
