Race Day Set-up (Day Before Race) High Priority

This team will join us at Piedmont Park the night before the race to help us set up our Race Day Village, support sponsors, clean up, and prep for the big day. **Please note, if you volunteer Friday night and would like a Saturday shift, we will schedule you for the later Saturday morning shift.

Volunteers will support in keeping the race area clear for runners.

Water Volunteers High Priority

Details

One team of Volunteers will give out water and keep water organized during the race at designated water stops. The second team of volunteers will provide water to volunteers during the race.

Welcome Gate Volunteers High Priority

Details

Welcome Gate volunteers will greet runners and guests as they enter the Race Village and help get everyone right where they belong!

This team of volunteers will help load up moving trucks with ATL Pride Run equipment, leftover items and then unpack at the storage unit.

Volunteers will support a variety of needs at the Start/Finish line. This year we are starting and finishing in the same spot.

5 volunteers- supporting racers with their registration. Help distribute bibs for race day bib pickup, answer questions about registration issues,.

(3 volunteers supporting any stage needs but NOT on stage, 2 to support any needs of talent and entertainment support.)

Media Volunteers (2 volunteers needed) High Priority

Volunteers will support the Media tent’s needs and guide interviewee to and from the Media tent.
