You will need to check in participants and give out shirts and bibs. You will need to check in by 6:30AM on race morning. Registration will be over at 8:15AM. You may be asked to help in another capacity afterward.

Please check in by 6:45AM. You will responsible for directing runners and walkers where to turn on the course. You will need to remain at your post until the last participants comes through. Most posts will require some walking to get to them. Some 10K course monitors will be at their post at least an hour.
