CRRC race director High Priority

Minimum met.

Details

This person will be responsible for seeing that all finish line (trailer) items are at the event. They will also be responsisble for setting up the pc for the event and importing all pre-registrered runners. Organizing volunteers, calculating results and furnishing results to Event Organizer

Timer High Priority

Minimum met.

Details

Timers will assist with setup of PC / Data entry tables, finish line and chutes. During the event timers will capture times via sprint 8 timers. Afterwards they will assist with pickup.

Chute Assistant High Priority

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

Chute Assistant will assist with setup of PC / Data entry tables, finish line and chutes. During the event chute assistants will stand in the finish chutes and help runners to keep moving through the chute in the order they finished. Afterwards they will assist with pickup.

Bib Capture

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Bib Capture will assist with setup of PC / Data entry tables, finish line and chutes. During the event bib capture will stand at the end of the finish chutes and take the tear off portion of the bib and place on stringers in order of finish. Afterwards they will assist with pickup.

PC data entry High Priority

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

PC data entry will assist with setup of PC / Data entry tables. Prior to the event you will be inputing race day registrations into the PC. During the race you will be inputting bib numbers retrieved from bib capture. At one point when finish has slowed one chute can be closed and times imported from that chute timer. Afterwards they will assist with pickup.
