General Event Assistance

Details

Shift Time: 6:00AM to approximately 10:00AM.

Please allow extra time to find parking and make your way to Power Plant Live! by 5:30AM.

Volunteers will assist with bag check, distribute shirts at packet pickup, hand out medals and water at the finish line, and help at the post-race refreshments area. Post-race, clean up the area and check out with the CCR team lead.

Course Marshal

Shift time is 6:45AM to approximately 9:30AM.

Please allow extra time to find parking and make your way to Power Plant Live! or your course marshal location by 6:45AM.

Volunteers will direct participants on the course and cheer them on as they pass. Post-race, clean up area as needed and check out with CCR team lead.

Please note your volunteer assignment may change on race day, we will do our best to make any accommodations.

Water Stop A - Promenade - **Black Men Run

Shift time is 6:30AM to approximately 9:30AM.

Please allow plenty of time to find parking and make your way to your water station location prior to 6:30AM. Volunteers will check-in via text message upon arrival.

Pre-race, volunteers will set up the water stop and fill water cups. During race, volunteers will hand out water to participants and cheer them on. Post-race, volunteers will cleanup the station once last participant passes through and check out with the CCR team lead.

Water Stop B - Harbor Point - **BMore Running

Shift time is 6:45AM to approximately 9:30AM.

Please allow plenty of time to find parking and make your way to your water station location prior to 6:30AM. Volunteers will check-in via text message upon arrival.
