Basket Raffle Donations

Details

Volunteers are needed to help gather donations from local businesses and deliver donations to specified location (in White Oak). No cold calling--- only picking up donations that have already been guaranteed.

Set Up (day of event)

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

I will need 6 people to help set up for the race. Arrival will be 90 minutes before registration begins.

Tear Down (day of event)

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

I will need 4-6 people help tear down after the event. This will take place approximately 1-1.5 hours after the final runner crosses the finish line.

Registration/Check In

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

3 people will be needed to arrive 15 minutes before registration to check in runners who have pre-registered and another 3 people are needed to sign runners up who register the day of the event.

Registration Bag Assembly

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Assemble approximately 150 bags with provided promotional items donated by sponsors. This will be about 1-2 weeks before the event.
