Aid Station Captain will play a key role. This person needs to be able to lead and organize several groups across the entire bike and run courses. They will report to the Volunteer Coordinator. Aid station volunteers will assist in setting up the aid stations, mixing energy drinks, pouring liquids into cups, and handing them to runners. Volunteers will assist in keeping the aid station clean and organized. At the end of the race, they will help pack up once the Race Director calls last runner. Aid Station volunteers will report to the Captain.

Volunteers will assist in keeping the aid station clean, organized, and free of disposed cups. Volunteers also need to make sure the area surrounding the aid station is free of disposed cups, bottles, etc. At the end of the race, they will help pack up once the Race Director calls last runner. *This is a good option for school groups and church groups!*
