Help serve our runners at the main start/finish aid station (our only aid station for this event).

Road Crossing High Priority

Details

We have one road crossing that needs to ensure the cars are slowing down and stopping for our runners. We will have a canopy with extra water for the runners.

Packet Pickup & Merch High Priority

September 14, 2024

Details

Inside the group dining hall shelter we will check in the runners, issue bib numbers, swag, and park passes as well as handle merchandise sales.

Race Director Assistant Medium Priority

Details

Help the RD with timing and finish line duties.

Finish Line Assistant Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Keeping the finish line flowing and handing out medals

Course Sweeper Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Once the last runner has started the final lap the sweeper will follow behind and pull all course markings. The total distance will be around 4-6 miles of hiking with a pack.

Kids Race Volunteer

Details

Note this volunteer role does not earn our normal volunteer perks due to the short nature of it. We will need a few people to be on the out-and-back ~1mi course. The free kids race starts at 5 PM.
