This role helps check in registered participants, hand out race packets including t-shirts, bibs and bags. Assist with walk up registration. Must be able to be trained prior to race day.

Parking Attendant

Help manage the designated spaces in the parking lot, manage cars when the lot is full and direct traffic to additional parking options.

5K Course Marshals

Details

You will be on the race course to ensure participant safety and serve as a point of contact for participants throughout course.

Water Stop 1

Details

Setup water station in designated location, hand out cups of water to race participants, clean area after race and cheer them on!

Cheer Zone

Details

Perfect for a group that wants to bring the Spooky spirit and help cheer on the runners/ walkers and strollers during the 5k. This group will be prepared to amp up the fun by waving signs (pre-made), ringing cow bells or anything creative the group deems appropriate to bring raise the excitement on the course.
