Refund Policy
Refunds for cancellations — for race entry and/or add-on packages — will be available as follows:
- 85% refund available through 22 December 2023
- 50% refund available through 14 January 2024
- Payments are non-refundable beginning 15 January 2024.
Transfers are permitted between select events if requested before 22 January 2023.
Number transfers to another participant are permitted for a USD $10 change fee (payable by recipient), if requested before 22 January 2024.
Kili Trails Festival does not permit participants to defer to a future year.
If the event, or any part of it, is for any reason modified or cancelled, payments will be refundable as per above.
