Tanzania / Kenya Citizen Rates — 20% Discount

Tanzanian and Kenyan citizens are invited to apply a 20% discount to all race registrations and camping fees — when registering before 15th January. In order to receive a discount code to apply at checkout, please email us a photo / scan of (TZ) NIDA card or (KE) proof of citizenship for each individual in your party.

30% Discount for East African Schools, Running Clubs, and Corporate Groups

To encourage large group participation at Kili Trails, we are offering special rates for groups of 20 or more participants. Schools, running clubs, and corporate groups are invited to apply a 30% discount to all race registrations and camping fees — when registering before 30th December. This discount may not be paired with the TZ / KE citizen discount.

If you wish to register as a group, we will require you to appoint a single representative who will collect all required information and money from participants, complete the registration and payment processes on their behalf, and solely be responsible for all communication with Kili Trails Festival. Once this individual has been selected please have him/her contact us for further instructions.

Mobile Money Payments

Our default and preferred method of payment is credit or bank debit card. If you would like to pay by mobile money, however, we can accommodate this with a 20% surcharge. Instructions will be available soon.

Festival & Entertainment

Kili Trails is more than a weekend of sporting events. Celebrate the outdoors with friends. Relish excellent food and drink, with a variety of international cuisines on offer. Enjoy live music from talented local artists, as well as event playlists that appeal to all. Enjoy a game of corn hole or toss a frisbee with friends. Bring a tent and the family!

All camping fees and race registration fees include festival entry, restrooms and hot water showers, security, access to food vendors and entertainment, and all fees and taxes. Festival entry for non-racers and non-campers is $4 per day or 10,000/= at the gate. Children under 10 are FREE, but we do require their name be listed under an adult's name.

Camping & Facilities

The Kili Trails race village offers restrooms, hot water showers, 24-hour security, and of course a nice, big campfire. Bring the whole family and celebrate the outdoors.
