Event-Day Questions
Will I receive a Walk t-shirt?
Participants who register by September 1st are guaranteed a Walk for Women’s Cancers t-shirt.
Those who register after the deadline are not guaranteed a shirt, but we will have a limited number of extra t-shirts available on event day. Extra shirts will be distributed on a first come, first served basis while supplies last.
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes, complimentary refreshments will be available for participants.
What should I bring to the Walk?
Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothes. You’re also encouraged to wear teal or the walk-day t-shirt if you receive one.
Are pets allowed?
Leashed pets are welcome.
Is the Walk accessible for strollers and wheelchairs?
Yes, the walk path is wheelchair and stroller friendly.
What happens if it rains?
The Walk will take place rain or shine! Please dress appropriately for the weather. In case of severe weather, updates will be communicated via email and posted on our event website.
