Sponsorships & Vendors
How can businesses get involved?
Sponsorship opportunities are available. Sponsors can receive recognition on our walk website, signage, t-shirts, race banners, and more. Sponsorship levels range from Community Sponsor ($500) to Diamond Sponsor ($75,000).

Can my organization or business have a table at the Walk?
Yes! We welcome local organizations, nonprofits, and small businesses to host vendor tables for a fee of $50 per table. Sponsors, businesses, nonprofits, and other community organizations can host a table to share promotional materials and information about their mission. Small businesses are also invited to sell products at the Walk.
Do vendors need to bring their own table?
Yes – unless you are otherwise instructed by The Lewin Fund to Fight Women’s Cancers, all vendors are expected to bring their own table and are responsible for setting up and managing their display.
Note: Pharmaceutical companies and event sponsors at the $5,000 Ruby tier or above will have a table provided by The Lewin Fund as part of their sponsorship benefits.
