What is the Walk for Women's Cancers?
The Walk for Women’s Cancers is the Lewin Fund’s annual event to raise critical funds for women’s cancer research and patient support services. It’s a day to unite patients, survivors, caregivers, friends, and family who share a common mission – fighting gynecological cancers.
How will the proceeds from the event be used?
All proceeds directly support The Lewin Fund to Fight Women’s Cancers’ work to fund groundbreaking research, patient services (like transportation to treatment and house-cleaning grants), and education on prevention and early detection.
Founded in 2014 by Dr. Sharyn N. Lewin, The Lewin Fund to Fight Women’s Cancers is a nationally recognized public charity dedicated to advancing women’s cancer research, patient support services, and education.
Our Board is 100% volunteer-based, ensuring that every donation directly impacts the lives of women facing cancer.
