West of the River Series (June Jaunt, The Potato Run, and Barbecue Bash Quarters)

The purpose of the Food Shelf is to provide emergency food assistance at
no charge to residents living in Greece and Charlotte. We are a volunteer organization; no one receives any compensation. We rely on donations of food and checks from our community so we can assist our neighbors in need. Hotline (585) 683-9674 if you need food. Calls accepted 24 hours/day. Calls returned 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Mon - Fri, except holidays.

Typical Needs

Regular size cans are preferred. Most of our families are 2-4 people.

Canned vegetables of all kinds, especially low sodium varieties
Canned fruit packed in fruit juice
Canned pasta
Chunky soups
Tuna
Canned chicken and other meats
Jelly, regular and sugar free
Evaporated (canned) milk

Non-Food Needs
Toilet paper
Toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc.
