Refund Policy
If a race is cancelled by the organizers, you can choose to be transferred to the virtual counterpart, if applicable, or refunded the registration fee, but not the fee RunSignUp charges to process the initial payment. If there is no virtual component, then the entire registration, including fees, will be refunded.
We understand sometimes unexpected things happen. Event insurance is offered for those instances. However, we may be willing to defer participants to the following year. Any exceptions to the refund policy will be assessed an administrative fee and will be less the RunSignUp processing fees. No exceptions or deferrals are guaranteed. In the event that your deferral request is accepted and the race is discontinued, no refund will be made.
